SDA is housing funded under the NDIS for participants with extreme functional impairment or very high support needs. We build, deliver and partner on SDA homes across all four design categories.

Eligibility, simply put
SDA funding is included in a small number of NDIS plans. To live in an Inclusion Living home, participants generally need:
- SDA funding included in your NDIS plan
- A matching SDA design category
- A chosen Supported Independent Living (SIL) provider, or our help finding one
