A registered NDIS provider serving Western and South Western Sydney.
Founded by Merie Betrous, who brings vast sector experience and a deep commitment to person centred care.
Inclusion Living was founded on a simple belief: a great home is the foundation of a great life. Every property, every roster, every conversation begins with you what you want, how you want to live, and who you want to live with.
As a registered NDIS Specialist Disability Accommodation provider, we work alongside participants, families, carers and support coordinators across Western and South Western Sydney to find the right home and the right supports.
To be a trusted leader in Specialist Disability Accommodation and Supported Independent Living, providing safe, supportive, and empowering environments for participants with high physical support and complex needs. We aim to enhance participants' independence, daily living skills, and quality of life through personalised care, innovative supports, and strong community connections.
Our mission is to provide safe, high quality Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) and Supported Independent Living (SIL) services that are person centred and tailored to individual needs. We are committed to supporting participants with high physical support and complex needs to live with dignity, independence, and choice through skilled care, inclusive practice, and strong community connections.
Our team, led by staff with extensive experience in disability services, includes professionals who have worked as support workers, support coordinators, and SIL house coordinators. This hands on experience gives us a deep understanding of participants' needs, complex care requirements, and best practice in SDA and SIL operations.
We listen carefully and act with kindness. Care here always begins with the person.
Your goals shape your plan. We support choice, dignity and independence in every interaction.
Consistent support workers, clear communication, and care you can plan your week around.
We're locals. We know Western and South Western Sydney, its parks, cafes, transport, and the people who call it home.
